The theme of Mental Health Month 2017 is “Share the Journey” and focuses on the importance of social connections in both our journey to better mental health and our ability to cope with life’s challenges.
Bellingen Shire Mayor, Cr Dominic King said, “Building connections in and across our communities can help people cope better with the challenges that life can present and I extend an invitation to all members of our community to attend.”
