They donated a perpetual trophy on which winners names are inscribed and they provide medallions which are presented to the winners each year.
This competition has become one of the most popular fixtures on the bowling calendar and competitors try hard to win the medallions and have their names inscribed on the perpetual trophy. Thank you Colleen and Barry for your continued support. This year the excited winners were Robyn Adams and Colleen Katen on 59 points and they are pictured proudly displaying their medallions and the trophy. A close second on 57 points were Lynne Tarrant and Jan Grogan.
Quite a few of our bowlers attended the Hibiscus Pairs at Nambucca Heads and congratulations go to Kath McPhail and Colleen Katen on their second placing.
More names are needed for Pennants so please enter name on the sheet ASAP. Practice as a squad will start on Tuesdays commencing in October.
Gala day is on Tuesday October 3 and donations for the trading table can be brought in and left in the women's office. Entries for the consistency competition close on October 5 with play starting October 12. The sheet is on the men's board for the mixed pairs.
