Fun evening of nocturnal spotlighting

A night-time adventure beckons at the North Coast Botanic Garden with an invite to meet its nocturnal inhabitants on Thursday 25 May.

NPWS Discovery Rangers will guide you through this fun evening of nocturnal spotlighting in a corner of Coffs that is bounded by Coffs Creek, a wide mangrove-lined, tidal estuary which features natural forest, rare and endangered Australian species and exotic plants from other sub-tropical regions of the world.

The walk will take place on Thursday, May 25, from 6.45pm–8.30pm. Participants should bring a small torch and wear enclosed shoes and long trousers. The walk will start from the entrance to the Botanic Garden on Hardacre Street, Coffs Harbour.

The walk is free, but bookings are essential as places are limited. Call 6648 4210 to secure your spot.
