Edwards took home the Stephen Glyde Medal as the Player of the Year, Best and Fairest first grade and under 18s, highest point scorer and players’ player first grade.
Edwards was also the group two under 18 best and fairest player.
Unfortunately for the Magpies, Edwards is off to further his career with the Penrith Panthers next year.
Brad Sweeney was named the group two most improved under 18 player.
Other awards winners on the night were:

❑ Coaches award: Corey Cross (under 18s), Jordan Bolt (reserve grade) and John Bond (first grade);
❑ Players’ player: Michael O’Connor (under 18s)and Greg Burgess (reserve grade);
❑ Most improved: Zac Easterbrook(under 18);
❑ Most inspirational player : Peter Glyde;
❑ Best local product: Matt Bush; and
❑ Ironman: John Bond, Jake Mears, Braedon O’Brien,
Corey Cross and Luke Hogan.
