Then come along to a drop-in session on Thursday, September 12, at the Alma Doepel Reserve at 4pm and take a walk along the proposed alignment of the pathway with Bellingen Council staff and share your thoughts and ideas about the project.
Bellingen Shire Council General Manager, Liz Jeremy, said the Mylestom Pathway Project was one of several put forward by community organisations for consideration during Round Two of the Stronger Country Communities Fund.
"We are undertaking the final stages of project planning, scoping and design, so I encourage everyone who's interested to take advantage of the drop-in session day so their feedback can inform the final design," Mrs Jeremy said.
In addition, the draft design plans will be displayed on the CREATE web site with comments invited. Once the design is finalised Council will proceed to build the pathway.
