The gleaming trophies sat alongside the huge esky of ice creams and drinks (thanks Providore!) and the picnic tables were laden with delicious food (thanks parents!). All the players were chuffed to hear their coach's positive words and proudly receive their medal.

The Bulldogs also said farewell to several much valued and respected Under 15s players who are graduating out of the age group (some moving onto Under 17s seniors AFL competition). We thank them and wish them the best, with a special mention to both Harrison Lee and Ben Luppi, who've been Bulldogs players throughout their junior years.
After the awards it was time for that most anticipated event, the annual parents vs kids match.
It was a thrilling and physical encounter not for the faint of heart. Some might say the opportunity to drill their parent or coach to the ground was a chance not many a player could resist.
Anyone brave enough to get their head over ball was met with a bruising pile on, and most often resulted in a free kick to the parents. As was expected the parents were victors, with some questioning of the umpire's bias!
The Bellingen Bulldogs were proud to be one of the largest junior clubs in the north coast region, to have fielded a youth girls team for the first time, had three out of four teams in finals, with the under 13s claiming the minor premiership and, alongside the youth girls team, making it all the way to the grand final.
It's been a magic year with a great bunch of players and their families, who we can't wait to see back in 2020!
Go Doggies!
