Victoria Lewis from local rock band Rear Wheel Drive has reached out to the musical community to drum up support for the night.
"The rain has been incredible. Our rivers and creeks are flowing again, and the immediate stress on the local community has eased," she said.
"But the impact of the devastating bushfire season has long term consequences and we want to help those who are always there to help us in fire and flood."
Kev Doye from the Bellingen RFS Brigade said they need communications equipment to help manage crews and vehicles, and this is where all proceeds raised from the event will be heading.
All efforts going toward making this event a success are being generously donated.
Each of the five local bands, The Nikki Websters, Rear Wheel Drive, High Lonesome, Dose Guys and Just the Tip are busy rehearsing to bring a stellar night of top quality music for all.
The Bellingen Golf Club is on board as the host venue. Local businesses are donating some awesome prizes to be raffled on the night.
Bello Winter Music has generously donated two gold passes to this year's festival which will be raffled on the night. Raffle tickets are only $2 each.
This is the community's turn to come out and say a collective thank you to the Firies. So, bring your dancing shoes and plenty of good cheer!
