Emergency services were called to the scene along Gleniffer Rd past Sunset Ridge Dr shortly before 2.30am this morning (Tuesday).
They found an eastbound small SUV had left the road and hit a tree.
Three occupants inside the car were pronounced deceased at the scene but have yet to be formally identified.
A crash scene investigation remains in place.
