Andrew boasts an exceptional repertoire of experience both within and outside football.
He has undertaken many senior roles within major sporting events including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, A-League and Major League Soccer to name just a few.
Andrew believes his previous experience has provided him with an outlook on how sport at all levels, from elite to grassroots, works and functions and hopes he can employ the skills for the benefit of the game on the North Coast.
Andrew is invested in the development of the quality of football on the North Coast and the pathways provided to its players.
"I love the global nature of the game, you could be a kid playing on the North Coast and one day end up playing for Manchester United, New York Red Bulls or Yokohama, not many other sports can provide that opportunity," Andrew said.
NCF President Wendy Schafer is enthusiastic about working with Andrew and continuing to strengthen and grow football across the North Coast.
"I am looking forward to the opportunities Andrew's appointment will bring to North Coast Football," Schafer said.
Andrew has hit the ground running in his new role but highlights the importance of collaboration.
"We have 5000 players, across 24 clubs and four representative sides. I want to see how they're performing, listen and consult first; then we can put some recommendations to the board and work in close partnership with all stakeholders to grow the game even further on the North Coast," he said.
