The forward, who has scored four goals in 18 appearances for Leganes this season, could solve fourth-place Sevilla's problems in attack, where they have lacked goal power.
"The striker, who arrived in Sevilla on Thursday to complete his medical, has signed a five-and-a-half year deal, until 30th June 2025," Sevilla said in a statement.
En-Nesyri scored for Morocco against Spain in a 2-2 draw at the 2018 World Cup.
