Now it's Bellingen's turn.
From Tuesday January 14, personal trainer Tracy Young will be bringing her style of functional fitness to the Bellingen Showground.
Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions are designed to build your strength and improve your general fitness, health and wellbeing.
Depending on the weather, sessions can be run in the air-conditioned Main Pavilion or outdoors on the grass.
Tracy said she has a particular passion for helping clients make fitness a priority, especially women.
"I've been on the journey typical to many mums in their 40s - always putting ourselves last.
"I get it - I get how hard adulting can be. I know how the extra weight can creep on and how we let our fitness and healthy eating go."
With Bachelor and Masters degrees in Food Education and Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Tracy is well placed to help people make positive changes to their lifestyles.
"Everyone is nervous at the start of change. But I have had women working with me for the last two years who would never have thought then that they would be moving and feeling the way they do now! "
The adult classes (FitBods) in Bellingen will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.45pm to 6.45pm.
Open to men and women aged 15 years and up, FitBods aims to get maximum gain from the hour together.
"No two sessions will be the same with stations focusing on agility, strength, cardio, HIIT and balance.
"We'll use body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, balance balls, steps, battle ropes, ladders, suspension trainer, boxing and medicine balls.
"There's no time for chatting - if you want the most efficient calorie burn for your time then this class is for you."
When school goes back, Tracy will also be running bootcamp style fitness sessions for children 8-12 years (FitKids) from 3.30-4.30 on Tuesdays/Thursdays and for high schoolers (FitTeens) straight afterwards, from 4.30-5.30pm.
"Each session is different and contains a lot of fun activities designed to distract you with laughter whilst you work out," Tracy said.
"I'm a big believer that group fitness should be fun. Working out with a buddy can be a great motivator as you provide each other support and encouragement."
