Two girls, aged three and seven, and a boy, aged six, may be at risk of significant harm, police say.
A 32-year-old man known to the children took them from two properties at Apple Tree Creek and neighbouring Childers, south of Bundaberg, about 9.30am on Tuesday.
Police said the youngest child was taken from a property on Hall Road at Apple Tree Creek, the other from Mungomery Street at Childers.
The man is travelling in a blue Holden Commodore, with Queensland registration 072 YZO. It's not known where he is headed.
