The fair has designed for family fun and there is something for everyone. The aim of the fair is to send everyone home tired, full and ready for bed.
Not only will you have a great time but you will also be raising money for a great cause: making the school as self-sustainable as possible.
Principal, Claire Mellon, explains, "Here at St Mary's we value all of creation and take our role as environmental stewards very seriously. As Pope Francis says, 'Many things have to change course, but it is above all we humans who have to change'.
"We recycle, compost, have a native bee hive, chooks, a worm farm and a very productive orchard and vegetable garden. The children participate in Riverwatch and Environmental Art and Building Club. And now thanks to the fair we are going solar to reduce our carbon footprint."
There will be plenty to entertain the whole family from a jumping castle and the wipeout ride, to a variety of game stalls, face painting, second-hand books and clothes, fresh produce and gifts to buy.
The choir will be singing and local performers will be dancing.
You can take in the creative efforts of Bellingen shire students with entries to our competition 'Don't lose it, just reuse it' on exhibit. There's a people's choice award so please vote for your favourite. The winners will be announced on the night.
When you get peckish there will be a variety of delicious meal options as well as a scrumptious Devonshire tea and a cake stall too.
A silent auction will be held and a raffle too with many fantastic prizes to be won including fun park and zoo passes, accommodation, dining and theatre vouchers. All fundraising goes to benefit our school community.
So save Friday October 25 for a great family event!
