In her introduction, Cath spoke warmly of the local arts community and of the wonderful opportunities afforded by TAFE college to advance knowledge and skills in a variety of art subjects in our region.
Chris Hundt's work can be seen in the studio. It is an intriguing observation of domestic detail and colour in mostly local scenes. Chris was the winner of The Affirmations Grand Prize in the recent BCAC Members' Art Prize and this is another chance to enjoy her work.
Ray Rixon, Tonya McIver and Phil Greed, all well-known TAFE tutors, are in the gallery with "Conversations", inspired by the beauty and drama of the Mid North Coast. It features a combination of painting and ceramics that they hope will inspire conversations among the viewers.
Both exhibitions continue until September 20. Everyone is welcome and entry is free.
