The gym in the Raleigh industrial area operated by Adrian Betts from Bellingen Fitness is now opening on Saturday mornings.

Members will be able to use it from 7am to 10am while those who prefer a class can book into the 7am boot camp session.
"Boot camp involves cardio and strength based exercises in a group training format," Adrian said. "And weather permitting, it will be held outside on the grass."
There will also be yoga at 8.15am on Saturdays starting in September.
"We are also looking at developing other classes and workshops such as movement proficiency, self defence, nutrition, weight loss programs, and home cooking," Adrian said.
The gym is also open Monday to Friday 6am-11am / 3pm-7pm.
Group training class options include
FIRE, which is a cardio fitness class that aims to increase daily energy, burn calories and improve heart and lung function;
WATER, which is a mobility/stretch class to gain ease of movement and increase energy and efficiency; and
EARTH, which is a class focusing on strength and power that tones the body and builds confidence and the strength to accomplish life's daily tasks.
There are also two Seniors classes held each week.
