This Directory brings together local health and wellbeing services in one handy place, to inform the reader, and assist in finding information on relevant local services.
The Directory covers the Coffs Harbour, Dorrigo, Bellingen, Nambucca, Kempsey and Port Macquarie areas.
The first half of this year's magazine highlights various services and programs available throughout the region, in the form of articles and advertisements.
The second half of the magazine provides a ready reference directory of local health and wellbeing services, along with a calendar of this year's health awareness days.
