Following a very successful regional swimming carnival in Ballina, two Bellingen Primary School students, Liam Ball and Anouk Laverty, qualified for the PSSA State Swimming Championships to be held at Sydney Olympic Aquatic Centre in April.

Liam Ball (U12 boys) qualified for the 50m and 100m freestyle plus the 200m individual medley, having set numerous PBs throughout the day.
Anouk Laverty (Junior multi class) also had a great meet and qualified for the 50m Freestyle, Butterfly, Breaststroke and Backstroke.
We wish Liam and Anouk all the very best for the upcoming State Championships.
