Residents are reminded that the annual bulky goods collection is now occurring throughout the Bellingen Shire. Residents who have a kerbside waste collection service are able to dispose of household items such as fridges, washing machines, ironing boards, and small appliances. The Council’s bulky goods collection does NOT collect mattresses or dangerous materials.

Two collections will be undertaken in order to maximise material recovery; so there is no need for concern if all items are not collected together.
If you are disposing of items that could be reused, please consider taking them to a charity shop or the Bowerhouse Reuse Shop at the Raleigh Waste Management Centre.
The 2019 bulky goods collections are currently being undertaken and will continue throughout March and April 2019. To check your zone and date of your next bulky goods collection, use the MyBin app, visit www.coffscoastwaste.com.au or click here to input your address.
