This month the reunited four-piece harmony group Labas hit the main stage from 10am with a large selection of Eagles, Crosby Stills and Nash, Neil Young, Van Morrison, James Taylor and their originals.
The line up for Labas includes Evan Jeffrey, Gary Bates, Bob Bourke and Kes Zvirzdina, who formed the band while at Armidale Teachers College in 1972.
The JRDS dancers will be performing in between the band and don’t miss the buskers throughout the park, along with 2BBB community radio, who will be sharing their new direction and music.
The camels have returned for a mighty high ride over the footy oval, Honey Bee Hives are giving a demonstration and talk on the importance of these divine little creatures and Big Trike Joy Rides are giving interested visitors an exciting trike tour around Bellingen.
With a large selection of delicious multicultural foods and drinks, there’s lots of fresh produce, artisans, craftspeople, upcycling and traders of all kinds. It’s a good time to visit and stroll through the beautiful tree-studded park to find something special.
There is ample space for tour buses to park and the paths around the park are wheelchair-friendly but sorry the market is not dog friendly so please leave your pooch at home.
The market takes much pride in donating profits to local community organisations.
It’s going to be a bumper, action packed day with lots to see and do, so hope you can make it.
