The purpose of the Organisation Performance Wheel is to assist organisations and their boards with compliance under the new Aged Care Quality Standards which come into effect July 2019.
Open Arms Care’s Chief Executive Officer, Clayton Sippel said the survey was unique and innovative.
“It delivers great results and is an opportunity to build capacity within all levels of the organisation to support good governance and compliance with the standards and regulations.”
Mr Sippel said the award was a testament to the quality local services delivered by Open Arms Care Ageing Services team, including their tasty and nutritious home-delivered Meals on Wheels, individualised social support and in-home respite.
