What I found was not only a glorious sunny day that had me down to my T-shirt in no time, but heaps of kids, parents, grandparents, family groups and friends enjoying the ambience of the riverside town.
I also had a good look at how the dredging is going for the long-awaited Urunga Lido. It looks like there is still quite a bit of work to do but it is exciting to see it evolving after all these years.
