URUNGA Bowling Club's annual mixed presentation day was a happy and relaxed affair on Saturday to honour the club's champions for 2017.

The day began with a game of bowls followed by a delicious barbecue lunch.
Although a short sharp shower chased the bowlers off the green for about 10 minutes they were able to resume play for the rest of the morning and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of mixed bowls.
Many thanks to haute cuisine chefs Boaty and Mark for the delicious steaks, to Dickie from the East Garden Restaurant for supplying the salads, to Noela and Margaret for their work in preparing lunch and ensuring that all ran smoothly and to the men's and women's committees for organising the presentations.
