Camp Creative's Party in the Park drew big crowds

IT MIGHT have been meltingly hot but crowds nonetheless flocked to the annual Party in the Park hosted by Camp Creative on Thursday night, January 14.

More than 200 people gathered to eat, drink and be entertained by 'campers', many of whom were making their debut public performance.

Ukuleles, singers, dancers and more entertained with the headline local band, Horns on Helium, setting the tone for the evening with their high-energy opening performance.

MC for the evening, Bob Stockton, welcomed everyone to what has become a traditional part of the Camp Creative program and is a much-loved way of thanking the Bellingen community for hosting the hundreds who descend on the town at this time of year.

We hope you enjoy this gallery and there will be more photos and stories in the next edition of the Courier Sun, out on Wednesday.
