If Guy Sebastian was facing this guy at Eurovision in Vienna in May, we'd be saying, sorry Guy, but don't even bother getting on the plane.

Sweden choose its Eurovision contestant on the weekend in a live TV show, but who even cares about the winner?

The true star was sign language interpreter Tommy Krangh, who, to put it lightly, did not hold back. There's no question the song that has gone viral with 1.2 million hits wasn't a poppy, Eurotrash spectacular but Krangh went well beyond the call of duty by pulling off three minutes of fabulously over-the-top disco moves, backed with high-drama facial expressions with enthusiasm levels pushed off the scale.

It's hard to distinguish what might be sign language and what was Krangh's own improvised magic as he's getting into it – belly-rubbing, anyone? – but he well and truly stole the spotlight from his subject.

Our favourite bit?When Krangh finishes the song with an entirely justified self-satisfied look that says, "Yeah, I owned this."

The actual performer was  Magnus Carlsson, a bland-looking besuited model type, but he and his team of dancers did not stand in a chance in matching the glorious Krangh.

Guy Sebastian heads to Vienna for the Eurovision final on May 23, as Australia participates in the annual campy sing fest for a one-off special inclusion to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the contest.

But, our vote? There will be only one winner from this year's Eurovision and it is Tommy Krangh. If the organisers have any sense, they'll line up the dazzling dancing signer to be the star attraction at the final.

Sorry Guy.
