Bella, Bonnie, Kyle and Pursia are members of Raleigh’s 4 x100m Relay team, which has qualified to run in the Nigel Bagley Relay at the NSW Primary School Sports Association’s Athletics Championships on October 18.
The relay team will compete against other small schools with enrolments between 26 and 54 students from across the state.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the students to run where Olympic athletes have run.
The school community is extremely proud of their achievement to qualify for the state carnival and are all crossing their fingers in anticipation of the big race. Go Raleigh!
