The flags will soon be back on the beach at Hungry Head and a busy season lies ahead. The blocked access to the beach remains a problem which will hopefully be solved sooner rather than later. Members of Parliament and Council will hopefully come up with a satisfactory solution.

Members will be patrolling, competing, training, fund raising and socialising – not necessarily in that order!

Training is back in earnest, with ski and board paddling every Sunday morning at the river. Contact Tim Rogers or Mark Sutton for more information. The winter swimming club continues every Sunday morning at the beach from 8am.
