An earlier visit by police to investigate a reported ‘breach of peace’ at a Darkwood Rd property on July 12, later resulted in two men being arrested and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Police returned at 3.30pm following the alleged assault of a 58-year-old man.
Two men were arrested – a 31-year-old man from Girralong, who was charged with assault, occasioning actual bodily harm and a 37-year-old Mylestom man, who was additionally charged with ‘steal from a person’.
Both men were taken to Bellingen Police Station where they received notices to attend Bellingen Local Court on September 20.
High range PCA
A 40-year-old Gleniffer woman failed a random breath test on Gleniffer Rd when she was stopped by police at 10.15pm on July 12.
The woman was charged with high range PCA and ordered to attend Bellingen Local Court on July 19.
Waterfall Way accident
At 8.30pm on July 13, a car collided with an embankment and rolled just near Old Brierfield Rd on Waterfall Way.
The driver, 20-year-old Urunga woman was on her red P-plates.
She was found to have a mid range PCA and was ordered to appear before Bellingen Local Court on July 19.
