The fresh milk market is one of the most highly competitive categories due to the immense spend on purchasing milk for personal health, children’s development and general family consumption.
So when Australian consumers score Norco with a 5 star rating for overall satisfaction, the highest score achievable, Norco want to recognise the farmers and local factory workers that bring this high quality product into your kitchen every day.
Norco Fresh Milk also scored exceptionally well on taste, freshness, value for money and packaging design.
Norco Chief Executive Officer, Brett Kelly said the win “recognised Norco provides customers with satisfaction”.
“It is a true testament to our Australian farmer owned dairy co-operative’s farmers and co-op workers dedication and passion for creating delicious, high quality dairy products,” he said.
Canstar Blue is a customer satisfaction and ratings business with the core purpose of helping consumers make better purchase decisions.
Simon Downs, Canstar Blue Editor, said, “this is a real achievement by Norco, but especially in one as competitive as fresh milk”.
“Not only are big brands competing with each other, but also the supermarkets themselves.
“Congratulations to Norco on a terrific result.”
Norco Fresh Milk is produced by Norco Foods in Raleigh. Established in 1895 in Byron Bay, Norco is now one of the only remaining true Australian farmer owned dairy co-operatives with more than 330 members spread across northern NSW and south east Qld. As a key player in the Australian dairy industry, Norco produces a wide range of dairy products across multiple categories.
