Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass festival will run over three days from October 21 to October 23.
The festival will be held at Dorrigo Showgrounds, Dorrigo, and will feature some of the very best folk, bluegrass and old time country musicians from Australia and overseas.
A full weekend pass, including the workshops is $125 for adults. A youth full weekend pass, for ages 12 to 17 is $35 and children under 12 are free.
For the full festival experience, camping is available for Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass festival ticket holders on-site at the Dorrigo Showgrounds from Thursday October 20.
Camping fees are pre-paid along with your ticket purchase. Unpowered site camping fees are $11 per person per night. Camp site positions are on a first come , pick a site basis on arrival at the festival grounds.
The featured performers for the festival are Grammy and IBMA award-winning artist Mike Compton from the USA, described by Mandolin Magazine as "one of the modern masters of bluegrass mandolin".10 String Symphony from the USA, will be playing two 5 string fiddles, with two voices, together creating epic music. Bluegrass Parkway, comprising of five talented artists and Cahalen Morrison & Eli West from the USA. Simply put, Cahalen Morrison & Eli West are two of the most innovative and subtle roots musicians today.

There will performances from 45 other inspiring, up and coming artists over the course of the festival weekend.
A key feature of the Dorrigo Folk and Bluegrass festival has always been the range of instrument, vocal and band workshops, conducted by some of the top artists in their field, who pass on their knowledge, skills, experience and heritage to a new generation of folk enthusiasts.
There will be a wide range of bluegrass, folk and old-time instrumental, vocal and band workshops to choose from over the festival weekend.
Tickets for the friday night Community Hoe-Down dance are only $25 for a family ticket. The Community Hoe-Down Dance will be held on October 21 from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
