The CCIA is the top national body for the caravanning and camping industry in Australia. The award recognises outstanding business performance and improvements in NSW caravan, camping and holiday parks over the last year.
The park has been nominated for Best Holiday Park North Coast, with less than 100 sites.
North Coast Holiday Park (NCHP) North Beach Managers Jack and Peggy Kelly said they were honoured to be nominated a second year in a row by their industry peers.
“Our park was recognised last year as the winner of this category and we are excited to be a finalist again this year,” they said. “We love our park and we hope we can do NSWCHPT proud.”
NSWCHPT manages 35 holiday parks and boutique accommodation across iconic Crown land locations in north, south and inland NSW.
The four holiday parks managed by NSWCHPT which are finalists for the highly competitive awards include:
- North Coast Holiday Parks North Beach, a finalist in the category of Best Holiday Park North Coast (Less than 100 sites)
- North Coast Holiday Parks Evans Head, a finalist in the category of Best Holiday Park North Coast (More than 100 sites)
- South Coast Holiday Parks Bermagui, a finalist in the category of Best Holiday Park South Coast (More than 100 sites)
- Inland Waters Holiday Parks Copeton Waters, a finalist in the category of Best Holiday Park Inland (more than 100 sites)
NSWCHPT CEO, Steve Edmonds said the Trust is proud to have successful and dedicated teams working across some of the most spectacular locations in NSW.
“We are committed to transforming our parks into highly desirable destinations that meet the recreational and accommodation needs of all families in NSW,” Mr Edmonds said.
“I congratulate the entire team at North Beach on this well-deserved nomination.”
The winners will be announced on October 11 at a 2016 Gala Celebration on Sydney Harbour.
