Fresh is best at Bellingen’s Perfect Pizza.
These delicious gourmet pizzas are packed full of fresh local ingredients that don’t cost the earth.
Annie Carty and her son Colman have been running Perfect Pizza for three years and their differing styles of cooking seem to complement each other perfectly.
Colman’s science background and Annie’s intuitive cooking result in amazing flavours and consistent quality.
“It has been inspiring working with my son,” admits Annie.
The pizzas are made using organic flour with the dough made daily.
Customers have a choice of plain or wholemeal bases (as well as gluten free) which are then topped with tempting home made sauces and fresh ingredients.
“We try to make anything we can ourselves,” said Annie.
Fresh herbs, tomatoes and pumpkins are often from their own spray free garden with vegetarians and vegans well catered for.

Their ham is cured especially for them and their chorizo and kabana are purchased from the local butchers.
“We use the community to help us determine what is wanted by listening to their feedback,” admits Annie
“We have such a marvellous community here in Bellingen.”

“The gluten and dairy free options are super delicious, (not like eating rusty cardboard as with other places I've tried) and the service is excellent. The pizza and service is so good, I had them cater my wedding!! Well worth stopping by :) So Yum!!!”
Perfect Pizzas hours will change with Daylight Savings and they will also introduce pizza by the slice on Fridays at this time.
