Bellingen and Dorrigo High School will perform over four performances on Friday and Saturday 27 and 28 November.
Member for Oxley Melinda Pavey congratulated the students and said for 32 years the Schools Spectacular has become a much anticipated event on the school calendar.
“The show thrills audiences with vibrant music and dance. It features 2000 dancers, a 1500-voice choir, an 80-piece symphony orchestra, fantastic rock, jazz, brass and marching bands and spellbinding soloists,” Ms Pavey said.
“Students and teachers work incredibly hard to make sure the Spectacular is a must see event and I’m sure our Oxley representatives will do an outstanding job. I wish them every success.
“This year they will really bring the house down as they have the honour of being one of the last ever shows in the arena.”
Mrs Pavey said she encouraged anyone who can get to the Schools Spectacular to go and enjoy the show and cheer our Oxley students.
“It’s a brilliant show,” Mrs Pavey said.
“The talents of our Oxley students and thousands of others from across the state are truly amazing.”
