From Friday evening, the Dorrigo Showground becomes a showcase of stellar performances and intimate performances that will your feet dancing. It sets the stage and winds you up for a weekend hoedown that all the family will enjoy.
Dancers are called! No need for capaz - you can be an absolute beginner.
Alongside all the brilliant musical treats there will be workshops, kids’ activities, delectable food and a joyful and fun-loving atmosphere.
Tickets are available throughout the weekend at the Dorrigo Showground (festival site) and enable you to participate in all event.

Here is a list of ten things you could do at the festival
1. Polish your dancing shoes and find a pretty dress and partner ready for the Hoedown or The Ceildh.
2. Get up early for the Bluegrass Breakfast.
3. Get up early for the Poet’s Breakfast.
4. Have a cup of tea/coffee and a bite to eat in one of our cafes whilst listening to some live music.
5. Join the festival choir and sing your heart out.
6. Love the smiles on the faces as the Pitts Family Circus entertain.
7. Dust off that instrument you always say you will play one day and come and join a workshop.
8. Sit in on a concert and wonder at the sheer skills of our performers.
9. Join in a hearty sing-along workshop about shearers, bloody shearers!
10. Come and join in a session with an amazing band of players who go by the name of Astro Cobalt.
