Dishes from head chef Andy Wood's extensive repetoire will be matched by Sommelier Phil Caldicott with Coopers beers and with wines from Merilba Estate in Uralla, part of the New England Wine Region, right at our doorstep.
The dinner will consist of five courses, with wines and beers included, for $95 per person. Bookings essential for this special evening.
