As a result of information received at Crime Stoppers, police attached to Bellingen began investigations into the cultivation of cannabis in the area.
Police searched a property on Coramba Road, Dorrigo, on Monday.
Police were allegedly granted permission to search the property after receiving information that the occupants were growing cannabis in the gardens.
During the search, police located 45 cannabis plants, a quantity of seeds and scales.
A woman, 50, attended Dorrigo Police Station later on Monday and was issued with a future court attendance notice for cannabis cultivation.
She is due to attend Bellingen Local Court on Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
