Beryl Titmuss (pictured) has recently received accreditation as a Bowls Australia Club Coach and is keen to hear from bowlers who are looking to brush up on their techniques. All coaching for men and women at Urunga Bowling Club is free of charge.
With an impressive sporting background in track and field and having won many medals over the years, since taking up lawn bowls Beryl is one of the Club's keenest bowlers. A very happy birthday to Merle Newey who celebrated her 80th birthday last Thursday with her bowling friends and many thanks to Eva Hill for the delicious cake. Thanks are also due to our Club umpires and particularly to Maria Boundy and Janet Pepper who officiated last week.
